Pregnancy is a very special phase in every woman’s life. Body undergoes huge hormonal changes before, during and after the Pregnancy. The experience can be very emotional for few. There can be lot of anxiety around delivery. Sometimes it’s a very painful experience during actual delivery. Women go through various physical, mental and emotional changes and they need someone very caring to help and support them during this wonderful experience.
Yoga is a great tool to help you during this phase for your physical, mental and emotional balancing. There are different postures involved in each trimester. Note that the yoga teacher has to be highly trained and experienced in pregnancy yoga. So you have to choose your teacher carefully.

We make sure that any student who joins with us is relieved from his/her existing pains and we guide them for existing ailment treatments through Naturopathy (includes Yoga).
